Initiate Withdrawal

You may cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving the merchandise without providing a reason. To do so, enter your order details below and initiate the cancellation. Alternatively, you can notify us by email or letter:

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation notice in a timely manner. After cancellation, we will refund all payments, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund may be withheld until we receive the goods or proof of shipment.

Returns from Germany and Austria are free of charge when arranged through our Service Center. For returns from other EU countries, our return label costs €15.00. Alternatively, you may cover the return shipping costs yourself.

You are only liable for any loss in value if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary for inspection.
