The prices displayed in the online shop are exclusive of shipping costs for packaging and postage. The shipping costs for a delivery are dynamically calculated during the ordering process and shown in the shopping cart overview before placing the order.
The delivery of the goods is made by shipping to the delivery address you provided.

Please note: Deliveries to Packstations are only possible for DHL shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Bulky items cannot be delivered to Packstations.

Delivery times
For delivery to Germany deliverable items with DHL Standard will be with you within approx. 2-4 working days.
For delivery to Austria are deliverable items with DHL Standard within approximately 2-5 working days to you.
For delivery to the remaining European countries are deliverable items with DHL Standard within approx. 2-6 working days to you.
DHL Express
For deliveries with DHL Express, available items will reach you within approximately 1-2 business days. Delivery takes place only from Monday to Friday. Express delivery can only be guaranteed if the order is received by 12 noon (Monday to Thursday). For orders within Germany placed by 12:00 noon, delivery is guaranteed on the next business day (except Saturday).
Bulky goods shipping via DPD
For bulky goods delivery, deliverable items will be with you within 1-3 working days. Please note that significant additional costs may be incurred for the return shipment of bulky goods items. If you would like to receive exact prices for a return shipment in advance, please feel free to contact us via service@jinbei-deutschland.de.
Please note that a bulky goods shipment via DPD cannot be delivered to a Packstation.
UPS Standard
For delivery with UPS, deliverable items will be with you within approximately 1-2 business days. Please note that UPS shipping is not possible to DHL post offices and DHL Packstations.
Delivery to PACKSTATION
Notification by email / SMS or by push notification in your DHL app about the receipt of the shipment. Suitable for shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Larger shipments will be redirected to a nearby branch. Shipments up to a maximum of 31.5 kg can be deposited in the Packstation.
Please note that deliveries to Packstations are only possible for DHL shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Shipments with DPD, GLS, UPS, as well as bulky items, cannot be delivered to Packstations.
Click & Collect
For deliveries with Click & Collect, you will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup at our location in Norderstedt, which usually takes 2-4 business days. Please bring the confirmation email sent by us when picking up your order. Due to the current situation, it is required to wear a mouth/nose covering when picking up your order.

Note
The delivery period begins five days after the payment order is given to the transferring credit institution in the case of payment in advance, and for all other payment methods, it begins the day after the contract is concluded. The delivery period ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday officially recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
