Terms of service
1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG.
The presentation or promotion of goods as well as the price labeling do not constitute a binding offer. In the online shop, the customer's order is transmitted to us after pressing the order button.
The order constitutes a legally binding offer by the customer. Any right of withdrawal the customer may have remains unaffected.
Upon receipt of the order, we will immediately confirm receipt of the order by email. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the contract offer, unless acceptance is expressly declared by us at the same time.
The contract between us and the customer is concluded either by our express declaration of acceptance by email or by delivery of the ordered goods.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent immediately and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory provisions apply with regard to warranty, unless otherwise agreed herein.
The limitation period for claims arising from liability for defects is 24 months and begins with the handover of the purchased item to the customer.
For used items, the warranty period deviates from the statutory regulation and is one year from delivery of the goods.
The above restrictions and shortening of periods do not apply to claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents
- in the event of injury to life, body, or health
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as fraud
- in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
- within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
