Shipping

The prices displayed in the online shop are exclusive of shipping costs for packaging and postage. The shipping costs for a delivery are calculated dynamically during the ordering process and displayed in the shopping cart overview before the order is placed.

The goods are delivered by shipping to the delivery address you provided.

Please note: Deliveries to parcel stations are only possible for DHL shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Shipments via DPD, GLS, UPS as well as bulky goods items therefore cannot be delivered to parcel stations.

Delivery times

For a delivery to Germany available items with DHL Standard will be with you within approx. 2-4 working days.

For a delivery to Austria available items with DHL Standard will be with you within approx. 2-5 working days.

For a delivery to the other European countries available items with DHL Standard will be with you within approx. 2-6 working days.

DHL Express

For a delivery with DHL Express, available items will be with you within approx. 1-2 working days. Delivery is only Monday to Friday. An express delivery can only be guaranteed if the order is received by 12 noon (Monday to Thursday). Delivery within Germany is guaranteed the next working day (except Saturday) for orders placed by 12:00 noon.

Bulky goods shipping via DPD

For a bulky goods delivery, available items will be with you within 1-3 working days. Please note that significant additional costs may be incurred for the return of bulky goods items. If you would like to receive exact prices for a return in advance, please feel free to contact us at service@jinbei-deutschland.de.
Please note that a bulky goods shipment via DPD cannot be delivered to a parcel station.

Delivery to PACKSTATION

Notification by email / SMS or push notification in your DHL app about receipt of the shipment. Suitable for shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Larger shipments will be redirected to a nearby branch. Shipments up to a maximum of 31.5 kg can be placed in the parcel station.

Please note that deliveries to parcel stations are only possible for DHL shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Shipments with DPD, GLS, UPS as well as bulky goods items therefore cannot be delivered to parcel stations.

Click & Collect

For a Click & Collect delivery, you will be informed by email as soon as your order is ready for collection from us in Norderstedt, this usually takes 2-4 working days. Please bring the confirmation email we sent you when collecting your order. Due to the current situation, it is necessary to wear a mouth/nose covering when collecting.

Note

The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, five days after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution; for all other payment methods, it begins the day after the contract is concluded. The delivery period ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.
